Suggestion: Alert for DB Autogrowth

Could you incorporate an alert that is triggered everytime an autogrowth event happens?

I think this would be very handy to let people know if the current autogrowth settings are working, or need to be tweaked.

    Using autogrow is probably not the best way to manage space on SQL Server but you go to production with the database you have and not the database you might like to have.

    Anything that would make it easier to manage autogrow-enabled databases would be most welcome.
