Feature Request: More Details on modifications.

It would be nice to see in the Action Plan, a little more detail in the summary of the modifications it is going to make .

For example, if it is:

Alter Table FooBar

It would also be nice to see:

Alter Table FooBar
Add Field Blah
Remove Field Doh

This would give me another check and balance when doing an update.
