Error opening mutex.

After SQL Backup 5.3.0.0 installed on windows XP, the status of sql backup agent service is starting.
I reboot machine, but status is still starting. When I load sql backup, I got error 'A problem was encounted whilst communicating with the server. Error opening mutex".

I also tried to install same version on window 2008, sql 2008, got the same problem, the status of backup service is always 'Starting".
