How to Reactivate serial number??

Hi one of my junior forgot to deactivate the serial number and his machine went for hard disk formatting, New OS installation and all. Now when we are trying to register it again then it is prompting for exceeding limits.

Please help me out to find the way to get this working on his machine again or i should drop mail to redgate team about the same.
