Suggestion: Navigation bar, under events graph

Under the bar is a 'scroll-bar' which allows you to scroll through the application running time. I would like to see the bar made a bit more useful. With a little change the bar could handle zoom-in, zoom-out and scroll. The cursor, when in the scroll bar should stay an arrow (to be consistent with Windows scroll bar). The reft+right arrow should appear when the user is over the edges of the scroll thumb and allow the user to move the thumb (white area) left/right, resulting in the are becomming smaller (zoom-in) and larger (zoom out).
