Hi JL,

This usually happens if you're trying to activate a product through a firewall or a proxy server. They may not be allowing contact between the software and the activation web service. Please follow the instructions to activate via email rather than over the Internet and you can bypass any network restrictions on your LAN.

    Hi Jason,

    Yes, it's a bit of a mystery to us as well. Some firewalls filter out SOAP messages that do not have a SOAP action parameter, but our programmers assure me that the SOAP action is indeed set.
