SQL Compare ought to sort out the dependencies for you. There are a few cases in which it doesn't get the order right, but we're working on fixing them. If you can send an example of your problems (snapshots of the databases involved are very useful) to michelle.taylor@red-gate.com I'll look into it and see if this is one of our known problems (in which case we'll give fixing it a higher priority) or a new problem (in which case we'll note it down and start working on it).
