Build 396: Common Language Runtime detected an invalid prog.

When attempting to performance profile an application we're writing, after the program has initialized, it throws an unhandled exception:

System.InvalidProgramException: Common Language Runtime detected an invalid program.

The stack trace doesn't indicate ANTS anywhere, but I suspect it has made some sort of error in bytecode generation, or something.

The program profiles fine as long as I only do Method timings, not Method and Line timings. I'm not sure what else I can do to help you guys track this one down.

    Thanks for all the info, i think we may need to dig into this further as the log files don't seem to reveal any thing about this particular error.
