Reporting options

The report which SQL Backup generates easily is extremely useful, but are there options somewhere for other types of reports?

What I am looking for specifically is a report which will display
Server Name,
Database Name,
Backup Type,
schedule,
Location of backup file

It would help in maintaining some of the documentation and for planning in ways that the list of backups which have been run do not.

    You have a good point. I could definitely use that as well, but that would be separate from the specific type of report I need now for me at least.
