Project to Compare multiple pairs of databases at same time?

Can SQL Compare be configured to compare multiple pairs of databases as one compare operation? IOW - I have several databases that comprise an application. I would like to compare all of them against their respective development versions without having to run a series of sql compare projects one after the other. Is there a way to do that?

    Thanks for your feature request. How would you like this to work? Would this effectively open up multiple instances of the application, one for each comparison project?
