Hi,
We're not going to make the information publicly available because it really isn't of any use except to keep people from copying the software to unlimited machines.
The hash is taken from hardware attributes, so formatting a disk or re-installing an OS shouldn't have any effect.

I can tell you how many times a licence had been activated, but unfortunately we don't know anything further because we do not store any information about the user or computer that the activation was sent from. We store a 'hash' obtained from the hardware information, and we are unable to reconstruct the original information about the hardware.
