Doesn't display a window upon start of the tool

Service is running. I close and restart the prompt tool and same problem.

    Hi,

    I am not really sure I understand which window are your referring to here.
    Is it the Prompt candidate list (the window displaying all the suggestions) or is it the schema panel (a window giving the SQL script of the chosen object in the candidate list) or something else?
