Is there a way to save the Project Options settings?

Specifically, I'd like all new projects to start with "Add objects that the selected objects use" already selected, but I can't find a way to save the Project Options.

    I have logged it under the code DT-453. The request is now being reviewed by developers and will hopefully be considered for the next version of the tool.
