You can try sending the activation request to support@red-gate.com and I will manually activate the software for you.

It sounds like this will more than likely fail, though, because your email server seems to be having communication failures with ours. Can you post a copy of the failed email notification message so we can try to find the cause of the failure?

    Okay, this may be a communication problem caused by a stale DNS cache as we have changed our IP address quite a few times this year. Can you please try support@redgate.com

    It seems to be a sporadic problem. Trust me, we get email aplenty to support@red-gate.com!

    Just as a note: I can't ping your mail server tsgmail.tylertechnologies.com or establish a telnet session to it on port 25!
