Printing Comparisons

I have just downloaded SQL Compare for evaluation and I have a couple of questions about printing the comparison report

a) It defaults to Letter format paper. In the UK, we use A4. I know I can change this for each time I run the print, but can I change it so it defaults to using A4 paper all the time?

b) In the report, I would like to exclude identical objects. I see I can do this when exporting, but can't see a way of doing it when printing. I had a quick look at filters and they didn't seem to have such an option.

    These are features that we'd need to add to the software. I've added them as feature requests. The developers will consider adding this functionality when they begin work on the next version of SQL Compare.
