No connection to my SQL

I'm trying trial-version. with my connection to sql I receive the message <error opening mutex>.
therefor no connection and no trying.
what is goeing wrong

    Is your workstation running in an Active Directory domain, and is SQL Server or SQL Backups' service startup user a built-in account e.g. LocalSystem, LocalService or NetworkService?
