Transaction Log Restore fails due to file type

I set up the log shipping jobs with SQL Backup and they worked fine all day yesterday and all night until this morning when 4 out of the 6 jobs failed due to the file type:

Error 600: Not a SQL Backup nor native backup file
(\\Server1\logs\logship_NPS\LOG_NPS_20080123073001.sqb)

Any suggestions?

    Could you please download this application (http://www.yohz.com/downloads/SBaTU.zip), select the 'Extract file header' option, extract the first 1024 bytes from the backup file (LOG_NPS_20080123073001.sqb) and send me the file?
