Database level Permissions

Hi Dave,

Database permissions support seems to be sadly missing from SQL Compare. We've put that on our to-do list. Thanks for pointing it out.

    We should be able to compare rights set up at the database level in addition to the current support for object-level rights in version 4 of SQL Compare.
