Log shipping from cluster

Is it a requirement that I must use the Pro version to log ship from an active/passive cluster?

Can't I just set up a scheduled log shipping batch job that will only run on the clustered server that currently has the active quorum connection?

    To manage SQL Backup on clusters using the GUI, you need to have the Pro license installed. If you can do without the GUI, you can set up log shipping manually using the Lite version. See thisdocument for details on how the GUI sets up log shipping. You can then replicate the steps by creating the necessary scripts and SQL Server Agent jobs.
