Error - Failed to connect to SQB service

Hi,

When I try to connect a my server, I receive this error
"Failed to connect to SQB service"

What is wrong?

    Is the SQL Backup Agent service started? What happens when you try to start it manually? Thanks.

    turned out to be a problem with the install on the cluster
    once i removed it from the b-node and installed again everything worked fine.
