Script from scripts

Is there any way that I can generate a delta script from 2 scripts folders? I don't want to update the directories and SQL Compare disables the launch script and hides the view script options when comparing scripts folders.

    Hi Stephen,

    We're hoping to eventually allow a SQL Synchronization script to be generated when the target is a Scripts Folder. In the meantime please refer to the following forum post for a workaround:

    Effectively, this creates a SQL Compare snapshot from the scripts folder and uses the snapshot as the target, as this doesn't have the same restriction as the scripts folder.
