Failed to install Server Component

I've just installed SQL Backup V5 standard for the very first time on a Windows 2000 server.

When I try to install the Server Component on a Sql server 2005, it failed
at : start sql server agent, I've retried several time to but it kept failing at
this step and I finally cancel the installation.

How can I reinstall Server Component on this server ?

    In the SQL Backup installation folder, there is a file named SQBServerSetup.exe. Run this file on the server. If you then try to start the SQ Backup Agent servic and it fails, an error will be logged in the Windows Event log.
