                   Hi Scott, Hi Scott,
Can you try the following please:
 1) Exit all SQL Prompt supported editors and verify using Task Manager that no instances of SqlWb.exe or isqlw.exe are running.
 2) Exit the SQL Prompt 3 tray application
 3) If you have it installed, make sure SQL Prompt 2 isn't running.
 4) Rename the SQL Prompt 3 settings directory to something like "SQL Prompt 3 OLD". You'll probably find it in "C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Application Data\Red Gate".
 5) Restart the SQL Prompt 3 tray app if you need Query Analyzer support.
 6) Start up SQL Server Management Studio or Query Analyzer and verify that SQL Prompt 3 is working again.
 Hope that helps.
 Thanks,
 Bart

                   Bart, Bart,
The suggestion to remove the settings folder and restart the application was successful. Thank you!

                   Hi Scott, Hi Scott,
That's great, thanks for letting us know. The 3.5 release will be out soon and should prevent a recurrence of this behaviour so I'd recommend the upgrade.
 Cheers,
 Bart

I tried un-installing and re-installing with no success.
