Is the tool intented to manage more than say a dozen of servers? It doesn't looks like that to me. Would highly appreciate to be corrected!

Hi,
I certainly don't see anything in SQL Backup that can suppress these connections. We'll have to look into this for the future, I think?
I'd have to say that if this is a huge problem for you at the present time, you could create a few local logins on the computer and register a few different servers in SQL Backup for each user logon. You'd have to keep switching between logons, but it's at least something. Every user in SQL Backup has their own set of registered servers.

I am using the GUI of Version 5.1 to manage 200+ SQL Servers. Is there a way to avoid that a connection is attempted to all of the servers? Grouping apparently doesn't do the trick. At least I didn't get it going.
Any ideas appreciated!
Thanks
