Hi,
At this moment the best help for the command line tools is to run them, then supply the /? /verbose | more arguments.
/verbose will show a lot more information than /? on its' own, and piping to MORE with a vertial bar will display the output one page at a time. -
Updated help for the command line interface was released alongside SQL Compare 7.0. This includes the content from the /verbose help, as well as worked examples and details of the options and command line syntax.

Is there a help file for command-line execution of the SQL Compare tool? I am getting some information from the /? flag, but not for example the options (ignore indexes etc.)
