Merge Source and Target

I have a source and target databases , in which there are few sps which I want to merge. Is it possible with SQL Compare?

    Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. It is a very interesting idea and one we may look into doing this in the future.

    Just to add, I have worked for 4-5 third party compare tools and haven't seen this option. So it will be good for you if you can include that marketing wise
