Can't get second database name to the list

I want to compare two dbs both are in diffrent servers and one is windows authentication the other is sql server authentication.

I can view the database list for sql server authenticated server but not the other.

I checked with previous version as well as other tools, I can get the list of sql server dbs on my windows authenticated servers.

    oops.
    Issue found. SQL SERVER Service was stopped.
    I think there should be a customise error message for this purpose

    Yeah, we missing out the error messages when we rewrote the dialog :oops: . This will be fixed, thanks for drawing our attention to this.
