Upgrade from Version 3 to 4

I recently upgraded a server from Version 3 to 4.

I can not activate my new license for version 4. adn the GUI Still shows it as version 3.

Anyone ever see this?

    Thanks for your post. You may want to make sure that you are entitled to version 4 by virtue of having a support contract. sales@red-gate.com can help you out with that if you send your serial number.

    The only technical problem I've seen in upgrading from 3 to 4 is that in 3.1, the loaction where the extended stored procedure dll is kept had changed. If you run this query in Query Analyzer 
    exec sp_helpextendedproc 'sqlbackup'
    ...and this returns something other than xp_sqlbackup.dll (ie the full file path), then you need to manually drop the extended proc and delete the old dll before your upgrade to version 4 will work.
