Filter SQL2005 statistics

Hi,
Is it possible to filter out statistics wehn comparing SQL2000 to SQL2005 databases?

There's a project option, 'Ignore Statistics', that you can get to via the 'More Options...' button on the Options tab in the dialog you use to set up the connection to the databases you're comparing (headed 'Project Configuration').
