A while ago I've reported a bug in SQL Compare. It has serious problems with extended properties on SP arguments. Since MS Access when in ADP mode adds such properties to every function or procedure you create, it is impossible to work with such bases. I' ve submitted this bug providing easy fix for it. 4 Jan 2007 Brian Donahue from Technical Support wrote me:
5 months passed, version 6 is here but the problem still exists. If you like, I can provide more details on this issue.

I have reproduced this issue in SQL Compare 5.3, so I have logged a bug (number 66434) for the development team to look at. If I get any updates on this issue from them, I will let you know.
Hi Redart,
your bug on table valued function with extended properties set for its columns or parameters is something I'm looking into for the final release. Many bugfixes had to be moved post beta so that we can get your opinion on the new functionality.
