Ive been using SQLCompare since version 3 and just wanted to give a few positive and encouraging comments regaridng version 6.
It seems that you guys have taken on alot of suggestions and whinges/nggles we have had on the forum here, and implemented them.
Some things i know ive personally complained about here on the forum which have now been addressed are:
- Next/Previous difference buttons in the difference pane
- Line preview and diff overview sections in the difference pane
- not highlighting/expanding to the previously selected object after performing a synchronisation
- project selection screen supporting browse, sort, search functions
- being able to group by object type, as well as still being able to group by difference type
The user interface is even more polished, generally more intuitive, and ultimately more flexible and configurable than previous versions... and that is a great thing!
