Hi Thomas,
We are working on Visual Studio 2005 integration right now so it'll be there in the next version. We'll probably make an early access release available with this functionality in early May with the final release coming out sometime in July (Tech Ed gets in the way a bit this year).
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

It was one of my prime "misisng Bits" from the beta , i use VS 2005 as a prime IDE and would also like to write sp's without moving into sqlMMSS

ah. I just purchased version 3, will this feature free update? or I have to pay to upgrade?

It will be free upgrade

Is this support coming soon? I'd really like to use it with Visual Studio 2005.
Thanx, -
Hi Robert,
Yes it will be here soon. A release candidate should be made available in mid-July. As I explained here:
http://www.sqlservercentral.com/forums/ ... 375121&p=2
we've had some issues getting together our toolbelt installer having switched to Wix from Installshield so we haven't been able to make an early access release available as we'd planned.
Expect to see a final release towards the end of July.
Thanks,
Bart -

The SQL Prompt 3.5 release candidate, including support for Visual Studio 2005 database projects, is now available:

I wonder, will it be a Visual Studio 2005 version?
I really like the 3.0 version, its GREAT. But I prefer to work from VS2005, I should be very happy if it was possible.
Thanks alot!!
