When installing ANTS Load, the installation may fail and roll back without explanation.
One of the causes of this is when the IIS Admin Service is installed, but disabled (or otherwise can't start). If IIS is not installed, then this error does not occur. It only happens when IIS is detected, but cannot start.
To get ANTS Load to install, enable the IIS Admin Service and start it. If you do not want the IISAdmin service running on the computer, then remember to disable it once the installation of ANTS Load is successful.
