Veritas Cluster installation

Hi,
I would like to install SQL Backup on a Veritas Cluster. Should the binaries of SQL Backup be installed on the shared disk (which is moved between machines), or should the installation be done to the c:\ partition on each machine that takes part in the cluster where sql server is run?

    The SQL Backup binaries/server components need to be installed onto a local disk (such as the c:\ drive). Any backups created (or restores used) will need to go onto the shared storage.
