Comparison Project Don't Seem to be saving

When using SQL Compare, I'm finding that my list of Comparison Projects is always blank. In the past there has been a list of all the Comparisons I've done. Do you know why this may have stopped happing? I couldn't find a 'Save Project' option, I always thought it was automatic...
