Does SQL backup supports 64 bit version of SQL Server

    Yes. SQL Backup is supported on 32 bit and 64 bit versions of SQL Server including Itanium servers.

    It's the same download.
    SQL Backup will automatically install the x64, Ia64 (Itanium) or x86 (32 bit) version of the server components depending on the version of SQL Server you register.
