I have the final beta patch version installed, and most times (~90%) when starting up QA, I have to wait 1-3 minutes for QA to appear. Disabling QA integration allows QA to open immediately as normal. I have tried using the workaround of "right click toolbar, reset" and that doesn't seem to help. (I have not tried removing the registry key also suggested.)
