Multiple SQL Prompt menus in Query analyzer

Hello,

one minor problem with SQL Prompt in Query Analyzer, here are the steps to reproduce:
1. Be sure that SQL Prompt is integrated in Query analyzer and that it is running.
2. Start Query Analyzer, there should be SQL Prompt menu present.
3. Now stop SQL Prompt for Query Analyzer in taskbar and leave Query analyzer opened.
4. Go to Start menu and click SQL Prompt Query Analyzer Integration.
5. Now you will have two SQL Prompt menus in Query Analyzer. If you repeat the same process again you will have three menus, etc.

If you restart Query Analyzer, redundant menus will go away.
