SQL Prompt V3 stopped working in QA

My trial ran out for V3 and I entered my license key. When I use QA the SQL Prompt V3 does not work in my QA. I can see it running in my system tray but I do not get any response in QA. I also have the SQL Prompt menu bar in QA. Last time I used SQL Prompt 3 (2 days ago) I did not have this issue. I have rebooted multiple times and still does not work. Any ideas...

    Could you go to the options dialog and look at the Availability tab. Could you tell me what it says under the 'SQL Prompt Availability' section.

    Somehow my SQL prompt was turned off. Not sure how it happened. Thanks for the quick response.
