Hi there,
You can just add a shortcut to RedGate.SQLPrompt.TrayApp.exe to the Startup folder on your Start menu. You'll find this under Start > All Programs > Startup. The SQL Prompt 3 Query Analyzer agent will then start up automatically whenever you log in. This should happen automatically on install, however in your case it looks like there's been some sort of problem for which I apologise.
