Issues with GDR DDL

CREATE USER User1

Hit [SPACE] and I would expect to see options that apply there... FOR, FROM, WITHOUT, etc.

GRANT

Hit [SPACE] and we should see some options...

GRANT CONTROL ON SCHEMA::

... and we should see some schemas...
