Activation - "..activate the product by e-mail" Question

When attempting to activate my SQL Prompt V3 and choosing the option "I would like to activate the product by e-mail", I get stuck at an installation window telling me, "You will be sent an e-mail response. Please copy and paste the text below". The problem is, I never receive an email. I have also attempted to just continue. That results in a pop-up box, "Missing response text", reminding me to "Please paste the response text into the form".

Anyone have any ideas and/or thoughts?

    Sorry you've had difficulties. We had a problem with our activation server overnight, however it should be fixed now. I'd recommend activating over the internet rather than via email since it's generally a bit quicker.

    Thanks for the responce. However it was on our side and now I have been able to receive the email, with the attachment and all worked just fine.

    Also, from what I've seen and used, this new version is so sweet and I am very much looking forward to the final release.
