I like the opaque progress window, but when I first ran v3, something went wrong and the window stayed open in the "saving" state. It took a reboot to make the window go away. It would be great to have the ability to hide/close the window in those cases.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. I've added an issue to our list. Of course this shouldn't happen. Could you tell me a bit more about your system, i.e. OS, editor, editor version etc.
Regards,

I had the same problem, it was because I connected over a slow VPN connection to a SQL database at a remote site. So SQL Prompt attempted to read the database schema over the slow connection and it took forever. Only after I connected I saw the option of servers to ignore. So it may be a nice feature to cancel the current schema refresh if one sees that it is taking too long.

My system is XP using Query Analyzer (SQL2k version) to a SQL 2k database.
It was the first time I ran v3 and I had about 10 queries open at the time. -
So it may be a nice feature to cancel the current schema refresh if one sees that it is taking too long.
I've added it to our list.
