Bug with linked servers

I have a linked server on my SQLServ 2000, when I try to type something like 'servname.dbname.dbo.tablename' in query analyser my SQL promt fails and close hiself. Do anybody know if solution exists for this problem?

    Hi,

    Sorry about the problems you're having. I'm afraid there isn't much I can suggest. As far as I know SQL Prompt 2 was not designed to work with linked servers.
