Custom Email Completion Log

Is there anyway to customize this? What I don't like is how the subject line for one of my jobs is worded. It backs-up the tlog on one db yet the subject line contains '[multiple databases]'

I'm running 4.6

    I've looked into this with a colleague and there does not appear to be any way to customise the subject line of the backup report emails.

    I will make the suggestion to development to include this in a future release. If it is possible I will update this post.
