Create Snapshot - Incorrect syntax near 'COLLATE'.

I am having a problem with one of my database servers.
When I create a snapshot on this database I get this error:
It is an MSSQL 2005 server.

    What version of SQL compare are you using?

    Older versions of SQL compare can have issues if the database has a SQL Server 7 compatability level.
