Installation issue

I've not seen this issue posted here yet:

Installing onto a Windows Server 2003 machine, with SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition SP1. Logged in as local administrator.

Installation goes smoothly, but first launch of SSMS yields this error message:
The Add-in 'Red Gate SQL Refactor' failed to load or caused an exception.
Would you like to remove this Add-in?
If you choose yes, you will need to reinstall the Add-in to use it again.

Error Message: The system cannot find the file specified.

Error number: 80070002

Various combinations of rebooting, repairing the SQL Refactor installation accomplish nothing.


What additional information can I provide to help troubleshoot this?

    We have tried to address this issue for the next beta (which will be out soon). Please let us know if it solves the problem.
