SQL - Locks up Sending Page And Hogs Resourses

I see that it is trying to load the DB Schema I am assuming it will only do it once hopefully since it is a Peoplesoft DB and it is huge

But When I get to Saving Snap shot it gets stuck .. System resources lock up . And I tried a couple times

I looked at tasks running 99% Resources mem usage 1,124,32…. isqlw.exe for 15 min I had to Kill. When I started SQL Up again it started again …
