Unhandled Exception when opening a large query.

Repeatedly when I open a large query I get an Unhandled exeption in Management Studio.

Message is:

Unhadled exception has occured in a compenent in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

Invalid 0-based line index: 5407. The following error was reported:

Invalid line index: 5407.
Parameter name: lineindex
Actual value was 5407



The sql query has 5408 lines.
