On install.... tray not appearing.

I noticed after an install, (selecting 'Yes' to launch SQL Prompt) there is no tray icon, I tried to launch SQL Prompt again, but got the message "you can only run one copy of this application at a time"

still not tray icon though.

Nothing shows in running applications, so I did a end process... on "Redgate.SQLPrompt.TrayApp.exe"

restarted program - tray icon shows straight away.
